Chromosomes

Chromosomes are like tiny threads inside the nucleus of cells, containing proteins and DNA molecules. Each chromosome holds specific instructions that make every living creature unique. In terms of sex, females have two X chromosomes (XX), while males have one X and one Y chromosome (XY).
