Biological Rhythms

Biological rhythms are repeating patterns in biological systems, shaped by environmental factors like day and night cycles. Two main factors control these rhythms: endogenous pacemakers, which are internal biological clocks within the body, and exogenous zeitgebers, which are external influences from the environment. These factors work together to regulate the timing of various physiological and behavioral processes.
