Behaviourism

The theory that human and animal behaviour can be explained by conditioning, without taking thoughts or feelings into account, is known as behaviourism. Behaviourists focus on observable actions and how they are influenced by the environment, using principles of conditioning, such as classical and operant conditioning, to understand and predict behaviour. This approach does not delve into internal mental processes and emphasizes the importance of external stimuli in shaping behaviour.
