Have you tried different brands, and they all stop working after a while.

We can suggest a couple of possibilities why this is occurring:

1) You notice that your iPhone's battery doesn't charge as quickly as it used to when you use the same cable with the same power adapter. This happens because your iPhone is slowly "learning" that this particular cable doesn't provide as much power as the original, factory-provided one does.

2) Your iPhone's battery is slowly "learning" that it doesn't need to draw as much power from your charger. As you continue to use your phone with the same cable and adapter, it will "slowly" reduce the power it needs from that cable and adapter until eventually, it stops charging at all with that particular cable/adapter.

In either case, if you want the best possible performance from your iPhone's battery, use Apple's original wall plug and your original Apple-provided USB lightning cable as often as possible.

If you must use other brands of USB lightning cables, try to use them only when your phone's battery is at 80% or lower.
If it's the first case (your iPhone is "learning" that this particular cable doesn't provide enough power), then all you are required to do is stop using that cable and power adapter for a while until your iPhone's battery is completely discharged. Then, try charging your phone with the cable you were using when it stopped working and ONLY use that specific power adapter for this particular USB lightning cable.

If it's the second case (your iPhone "learning" that it can draw less power from a particular cable/adapter), then all you have to do is temporarily reverse the process: Stop using this specific cable and power adapter until your iPhone's battery is completely discharged. Then, charge your phone with that particular cable and ONLY use that specific power adapter for this particular USB lightning cable.
