What is the Care Certificate?

The Care Certificate is a set of standards that all healthcare workers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland must meet to be able to work legally in the UK health and care sector. The certificate outlines the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of healthcare professionals. It sets out 15 standards which cover topics such as communication, safeguarding, and basic life support.

 

At L&O Care Work Training, we offer Care Certificate training to help Nigerian healthcare professionals gain the necessary skills and knowledge to meet these standards. Our trainers are highly experienced in helping individuals understand and demonstrate the 15 core standards, providing vital guidance and support throughout the process.

 

It is not possible to achieve the Care Certificate through our classes or by completing our training resources alone. It will assist you with any application you make and shows you can demonstrate the skills required for work in the UK.

 

When you start work in the UK, your sponsor will undertake the process of acquiring the full certificate.

 

From L&O Care Work Training at the end of the course, you will receive;

 

• Care Certificate Accredited (CPD) course certificate
• Class resources to support you with any interviews you will have during your application process
• One-to-one guidance and support from our experienced trainers
• Access to a range of resources including lectures from trained professionals in the UK

 

 

Packages

We offer three packages;

Package 1-Classroom Training Alone

This package includes registration and training in any of our available courses. It includes the certification produced and sent from the UK.

 

Package 2-Classroom Training & Support from our UK Branch to an agent for sponsorship

This package includes all of the benefits from Package 1 and also provides additional support from our UK branch to help you find an appropriate agent for sponsorship.

Package 3- Online Course only for the Care Certificate accredited CPD certificate with Support from a UK Tutor.

This package includes registration for our online course and certification produced and sent from the UK. It does not include any of the additional benefits associated with classroom training or connecting with an agent in the UK. However, you do get direct contact with one of our teachers in the UK for online support and guidance. You can correspond with them via email in case there are areas that you may be struggling with.

What is the registration process?

Registration is easy and usually takes no more than 24 hours. You can register on our website or contact us to learn more. Our staff will be happy to answer any queries you have about registering for the Care Certificate course. Once your registration has been accepted, we will contact you within 48 hours further instructions for payment and discuss your individual requirements.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

Yes, you will need to pay the full amount upfront. When you complete the registration form here, you will be directed to where you need to pay.

 

How long does it take to get my certificates?

Once you have completed your training, your certificate will be sent from our UK branch and should arrive within 2-4 weeks

How long does it take to complete the course?

It typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete the entire program. However, this can vary depending on your learning style and progress.

 

Do you offer online training?

Yes, we offer both online and in-person classroom training options for our Care Certificate accredited CPD Certificate. Please refer to our packages for more information on what is included in each package.

How do I register and pay?
