Cellulite is a difficult condition to treat. Although it is very normal in both men and women, and there is nothing wrong with it, dimply legs, bums, and thighs continue to occupy our thoughts, and let's face it, we'd all love an instant remedy. After years of brands promising to eliminate the appearance, we now know that simply applying a bit of cream or slathering oil on the skin would not suffice.

Cellulite is simply fat pockets squeezed between bands of tissue under your skin called septa. It forms in areas with the least circulation, implying that increasing blood circulation and loosening fat tissues in those areas is critical.
“I will still hesitate to recommend to clients that cellulite can be removed permanently, but there are certainly steps you can take to help enhance the appearance,” says Dr. Justine Hextall, consultant and dermatologist for The Harley Medical Company.
To keep cellulite at bay, you must be consistent with everything you do, which includes including massage in your regular beauty routine. “The efficacy of topical creams has a limit,” says Dr. Hextall. “However, massaging with it on a regular basis can improve blood flow, soften the underlying fibrous tissue, improve lymph flow, hydrate and plump the skin, and improve its appearance.”
SO, HOW DO YOU USE IT?

Increase your anti-oxidant intake as well; “try berries, coconut, avocado, and green tea,” says the author.
