How to get rid of cellulite in 2 weeks

Cellulite is the accumulation of fat in honeycomb-shaped compartments. Fat stores are needed to provide energy for workouts and to provide a cushion for the body. Cellulite appears just under the skin when the cells in these stores outnumber the ones you use. Although you won't be able to completely eliminate cellulite from your body, you will be able to decrease the appearance of dimples. Cellulite visibility is largely determined by genetics, but depending on how rapidly you burn fat, you might be able to reduce it in two weeks.

1st phase
To burn fat as fuel and reduce the presence of cellulite, do 20 to 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least three times a week. To see faster results, increase your exercise to a regular workout. According to the American Council on Exercise, you can exercise at 70 to 80 percent of your maximum heart rate. Subtract your age from 220 and multiply the result by 0.70 and 0.80 to arrive at this figure.

2nd phase

Choose full-body rhythmic movements such as walking, riding, skating, stair climbing, dancing, swimming, and rowing as cardiovascular exercises. Have a range of exercises to help you consume more calories by stimulating your fat reserves.

3rd phase
Three times a week, use resistance tools to conduct a total-body exercise. This will help to consume calories and tighten muscles, which will help to reduce the presence of cellulite. For each big muscle group, including your shoulders, back, chest, arms, spine, hips, and legs, do one to three sets of eight to 12 repetitions of an exercise. Between workouts, take a day off.

4th phase
Fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, lean meats, whole grains, beans, and eggs are all part of a low-fat diet. Sugary foods like cookies and cakes should be avoided.

Maintain a daily aerobic and strength exercise routine to burn a large amount of calories and lose cellulite in two weeks.
